Watertown Community Foundation Tree Fundraiser

Watertown Regional Library hosted Watertown Area Community Foundation’s Tree Fundraiser throughout December 2017. Fifteen area non-profits, including the library, decorated Christmas trees at the library, and patrons voted for their favorite organizations. Each vote cost one dollar.

The Watertown Community Foundation matched up to $300, with an additional $500 awarded to the organization that received the most votes. In addition to the trees, library staff decorated the library with lights, ornaments, holiday quilts, and a life-sized gingerbread house that was part of the Lighted Holiday Parade.
